Structure Your Focus — block your work into tailored focus sessions and breaks that keep you sharp throughout the task. The Start a block panel offers Endless, By sessions and By time; By sessions is chosen, set to 4 focus sessions of 25 minutes, previewed as 25m focus, 5m break, 25m focus, 5m break, 25m focus — 1h 40m of focus across 1h 55m total.
Stay in The Zone — an optional pop-out timer that stays with you through all your tasks. A Wikipedia article on cell division fills the window, with a small always-on-top timer floating over it: the Homework project, 18:42 remaining, focusing on session 2 of 4, and Pause and Open tab buttons.
Reflect and Refine — make a small note after each session to track where your time goes, and to realign for the next one. The end-of-session screen reads Session 1 of 4 complete, asks What did you do?, lists two notes, and offers a Save and Start Break button.
Search Your History — filter past notes and search previous sessions to pinpoint exactly what you did on any given day. A search for “cell division” filtered to the Homework project returns a Biology chapter 4 block from Wednesday 19 August and a Revision block from Monday 10 August, with the matched phrase highlighted in each note.
Visualize Your Growth — track focus trends with 7-day performance charts and an all-time annual activity heatmap. A bar chart of the last seven days peaks at 8h 40m on Thursday, above a year-long activity heatmap and three totals: 66d 3h of focus, 146 consistent days, and 5h 41m average per day.
Share Your Milestones — post a milestone card to social in one click, or export a full CSV of your hours for reports. A Block Complete card for Biology chapter 4 shows 1h 40m of focus across 4 sessions with the summary “Finished the research and lined out every chapter”, overlapping a CSV export of project rows totalling 66d 3h.
